What can we tell you about Pancho?

Well… at first glance, he looks like an older dog. And to be fair, he does have some aches and pain a young dog does not deserve, he can be a little grumpy, stubborn, opinionated, judging you silently from across the room like you just put pineapple on a paella.

Pancho has all the classic traits of his breed – loyal, clever, natural guardian… and built for a world where animals worked for a living, not scrolled TikTok and judged their humans’ outfits.

In the modern town-and-apartment world, these characteristics can seem a little extra.

But take Pancho to a home in the campo, let him do the job he was practically born to have – guarding his ‘flock’ (aka you, your family, the house, the garden, and possibly the neighbour’s lemon tree if he feels passionate about it) – and suddenly it all makes perfect sense.
