Turrón
ABOUT
Turrón is a distinguished Siamese mix cat, who was found in a colony in Monte Pego. He was being bullied by other dominant cats, so he was quite nervous when he came to the shelter. We estimate that he was born around January 2023.
Turrón is very food-motivated, and enjoys mealtimes and snacks very much. As he has had bad experiences in the past, it may take a little time for Turrón to open up to new people, but he has made great progress in recent weeks. He is still a little scared of sudden hand movements, so it is best for his new humans to be patient and respect his boundaries. For this reason, he is not suitable for a family with young children. He would do well in a home with more mature children and adults. He likes peace and quiet, lounging about, watching the world, and is working on becoming a lap cat. He gets on well with other friendly, non-dominant cats, but has not been tested with dogs.
Turrón is sterilised and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. He is up to date with his vaccinations and is ready to go to his forever home.
