ABOUT

Pearl is a sweet-natured, gentle young female cat with fur as soft as velvet and an enthusiastic purr. She had a home in an apartment block in Pego until her owner abandoned her. Confused and alone, this loyal little cat lived under cars in the street outside her home for weeks, before being rescued by APROP volunteers. Her estimated date of birth is around August 2023.

Pearl was very skinny when she came into care, but she has now gained a healthy weight and is learning to play with toys. Pearl is finally having fun and behaving like a kitten. Gradually her eyes lost their sadness as she realized she was loved. Now she needs a new home of her own where she can truly feel secure. Gentle and loving, Pearl is confident with dogs and will make a wonderful companion or a family pet. She is a little stressed in the company of other cats, so would be happiest as an only cat.

As Pearl is a little reserved, a home with more mature children or adults only would be ideal. Pearl is desperate for gentle affection, stroking, petting and ear scratches. Pearl deserves a forever home so desperately and will give endless love and joy to her new family.
