Local Fundraiser: Tea on the terrace

What are you doing Wednesday 23rd June? Fancy a pleasant afternoon? Tea on the terrace has 30 seats available for people who want to enjoy the afternoon outside in beautiful surroundings. Welcomed with a Cava reception, then taking tea whilst listening to The Three Tremors, a local band. There will also be a flower arranging demonstration to enjoy.

The tickets are priced at 15 euros per person and the money will go to support two local charities, one of them being us! APROP in Pego.

I have been volunteering at APROP since April 2018. You will normally find me there on Tuesday mornings, helping to care for, clean and feed the dogs. In 2019 I adopted Barney, a Podenco from APROP. In fact I have taken a distinct liking to the Podencos and some call me the Pod-Mother! I am also part of the adoptions team the fundraising team and I help by fostering dogs too. Helping animals brings me much joy and happiness into my life.
